Getting Started
How do I create my first project?
After signing up, click 'New Project' from your dashboard. Enter the project details, add milestones, and invite your homeowner or contractor.
What verification evidence is required?
Each milestone requires at least one GPS-tagged photo taken on-site. The photo must be taken through the Veribound app to ensure authenticity.
Can I use Veribound on mobile?
Yes. Our web app is fully responsive. For the best experience submitting verification photos, we recommend using a mobile device.
Payments
How does escrow work?
Homeowners fund the project upfront. Funds are held securely and released to the contractor as each milestone is verified and approved.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (ACH), credit cards, and debit cards. Bank transfers have lower fees.
How long until I receive payment?
Once a milestone is approved, funds are released immediately. Bank transfers typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
Account
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot password' on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Go to Settings > Account and update your email. You'll need to verify the new address.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@veribound.ai. Note that you cannot delete an account with active projects or pending payments.
